Cronton student Hollie is the UK Taekwondo Champion

Sports student Hollie Bousfield, previously from the Grange High School is celebrating after winning Gold at the UK Taekwondo Championships 2013 in Nottingham.
Hollie who is now a scholarship student at the Centre of Excellence in Sport at Cronton Sixth Form College has continued on the winning streak after qualifying for the European Championships to be held in Alicante, Spain in the next couple of weeks.
Hollie said, “I’m very proud of what I have achieved, winning Gold in the Poomsae British National Championships.  I am also planning on going to the Belgian Open in April, European Championships in May, the Austria Open in June, the Ireland Open in June and hopefully the World Championships in Indonesia at the end of the year.  I train very hard and still fit all of my College work in at the same time.  My teachers and fiends at Cronton Sixth Form College are very supportive and are there for me when I need them.”
